Application process

We know hiring processes can seem overwhelming, but we don’t want you to feel that way at Auliq. We want all candidates – from entry-level to leadership – to have access to the same information and resources. After all, our mission is to develop strategies and programs for the advancement and betterment of society.

At Auliq, we seek individuals who are passionate about creating a future where people, planet, and profit are not opposing ideals, but integrated forces for sustainable impact. As a values-driven impact investment institution, Auliq offers career opportunities that combine purpose, innovation, and social responsibility. Our hiring process reflects our commitment to ethical leadership, inclusivity, and long-term value creation.

Step 1: Discover Opportunities

Visit our official Careers Page to explore current openings across Auliq. Opportunities span sectors such as sustainable finance, ESG consulting, strategic philanthropy, renewable energy, education, and more.

Each role description outlines the impact potential, expectations, and qualifications. We encourage applicants to reflect deeply on how their own purpose aligns with our mission before applying.

Step 2: Apply Online

Complete the online application by submitting your resume, a tailored cover letter, and any other materials requested (e.g., writing samples, portfolios). Use this opportunity to tell us how your background supports inclusive economic growth, social innovation, or sustainability.

Step 3: Initial Screening

Our talent acquisition team evaluates applications for alignment with our institutional philosophy, technical competencies, and mission-driven mindset. Candidates whose experiences reflect a commitment to ethical integrity, transparency, and measurable impact will advance to the next phase.

Step 4: Introductory Interview

Selected candidates are invited to a virtual meeting with a recruiter or hiring manager. This conversation helps us understand your personal and professional goals and gives you insight into our unique impact model and the structure of Auliq.

Step 5: Technical & Values-Based Assessments

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete:

  • A case study or scenario assessment
  • A technical task (for specialist roles)
  • A values-fit reflection or written response

These exercises assess how you approach complex, real-world challenges aligned with ESG standards and sustainable development goals (SDGs).

Step 6: Panel Interviews with Team Members

Shortlisted candidates engage with relevant team members in in-depth interviews. We assess:

  • Strategic thinking and innovation capacity
  • Understanding of impact finance, ESG, and CSR
  • Collaboration and ethical leadership skills
  • Commitment to inclusive and long-term thinking

We believe that diverse, mission-aligned teams create the strongest foundations for system-level change.

Step 7: Final Review and Offer

If selected, you’ll receive a formal offer detailing compensation, benefits, and your role within the Auliq ecosystem. We view this not just as a job offer, but as an invitation to co-create sustainable solutions that make a difference across markets and communities.

Step 8: Onboarding & Integration

Upon acceptance, our onboarding program introduces you to the wider Auliq network—our projects, philosophies, and partners. You’ll be supported by mentors and advisors, and begin contributing to meaningful initiatives that align with your expertise and passions.
