职位描述：

1. 负责产品健康改善，包括客户现场失效、持续性改善、设计提高项目。需要作为产品负责人进行响应，并且深度参与问题分析、设计变更、验证和设计实施。

Job Description:

1. Responsible for product health improvements, including customer field failure, continuous improvement, and design improvement projects. You will be responsible for responding as the product owner and deeply involved in problem analysis, design changes, validation, and design implementation.

2. Responsible for factory production support, responding to and resolving product-related assembly and testing performance issues.

3. Responsible for new product introduction and technical support.

4. Responsible for the design of customized products.

5. Knowledge of product regulations and be able to translate and implement regulatory requirements into product features.

6. Responsible for the department's digital analysis and implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Internal Combustion Engines, Thermal Energy, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.

2. Excellent cross-departmental communication skills.

3. Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

4. Familiarity with standard document workflows.

5. Strong awareness of safety and 5S management practices.

6. Enthusiasm for learning, creativity, willingness to accept challenges, and ability to withstand pressure.

IPSD（工业动力系统事业部）应用工程师隶属于 SMSP（销售、市场、服务与备件）组织中的 S&CS（服务与客户支持）团队。该职位专注于第三方OEM业务，负责支持代理商的 A&I（应用与安装）能力。应用工程师主要与第三方 OEM 的动力系统和控制团队合作进行新产品开发，并在内部与销售、产品组、工程团队、产品支持等部门协作。

您的主要职责：
• 了解客户业务，建立与 OEM 的技术关系，成为值得信赖的动力系统顾问。通过应用协作和安装服务推动质量、创新和新业务发展。
• 通过 A&I 流程执行客户项目，按质量、时间和成本目标交付集成发动机，并就审批风险做出及时决策。提醒客户强制性和建议性的改进措施。
• 管理发动机规格和配置的选型，支持客户和发动机设计变更影响，支持任何与 A&I 相关的 CPI 项目。
• 与 OEM 的动力系统和控制团队合作，在 OEM 现场调试发动机性能，以实现整机性能目标。
• 根据 A&I 指南评估整机设计并完成设计计算。与客户合作改进整机设计，以提升性能、可靠性和成本效益，尽可能利用现有发动机设计。
• 收集客户/市场技术需求，从 VOC 创建 FRD，并支持产品开发将客户需求转化为标准或定制的产品方案。
• 记录关键客户信息、图纸和生产意图照片与数据，跟踪客户关键行动项，确保整机顺利进入量产。
• 提供技术销售支持，助力赢得新业务。
• 跟踪客户处的排放豁免发动机，确保合规。
• 能够使用专业数据采集工具（如 CANAPE、DATALOGGER、EST、ET 等）采集、整理发动机诊断数据，分析结果并提出永久性解决方案。
• 帮助代理商提升应用能力，响应 应用相关技术咨询。
• 在工程组和项目团队中充分代表客户发声。
• 协助支持其他客户现场和服务问题。

任职资格：
• 内燃机、机械工程、汽车工程或相关专业硕士毕业。
• 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
• 具备良好的分析与问题解决能力。
• 熟悉校准工具和诊断设备者优先。
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
• 有积极学习态度，能适应快节奏的全球工程环境。

优先条件：
• 有发动机测试或应用工程相关实习或项目经验者优先。
• 熟悉数据记录与分析工具，具备技术文档撰写能力。

其他信息：
• 能够根据客户需求进行全球出差，出差时间占比可达 50%，以满足客户期望并支持销售。
• 在客户现场出现关键问题时，具备在 24 小时内快速响应并前往现场调查问题的意愿与能力。
