About the Role
Innovaccer is looking for a Senior Manager Clinical Transformation clinical pharmacist responsible for guiding clinical transformation within pharmacies through effective utilization of our software solutions. This role plays a key part in advancing pharmacy practices by leveraging deep expertise in pharmacy management systems.
A Day in the Life
● Guide clinical transformation through our technology platforms.
● Optimize clinical workflows to enhance patient care and safety.
● Work closely with pharmacy teams to integrate software solutions, analyze clinical data, and support data-driven decision-making.
● Ensure smooth implementation and ongoing enhancement of clinical features within our platform.
What You Need
● PharmD degree
● 5+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy, pharmacy informatics, or a similar domain.
● Strong understanding of pharmacy management systems and healthcare compliance standards.
● Experience with healthcare data, EHRs, or clinical analytics platforms is a plus.
● Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with tech and clinical teams.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
