As we look to expand our footprint beyond Scotland, we are seeking a proactive, trustworthy, and driven 360 Recruiter to help us scale our UK operations.
Role Overview
As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. This is a growth-critical role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and build relationships with new clients within the UK manufacturing and food sectors (or sector of your own)
- Client Management: Act as a key point of contact for client accounts, delivering tailored recruitment solutions and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality match with client requirements.
- Process Management: Oversee recruitment processes from job briefing to offer stage, including negotiating contracts and coordinating onboarding.
- Brand Representation: Represent Protea Recruitment’s values of trust, care, and diligence in all communications and interactions.
- Growth Focus: Contribute ideas and energy toward expanding Protea’s market reach beyond Scotland into the wider UK.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (end-to-end recruitment cycle)
- Background in or strong understanding of the manufacturing, food industry or similar (Can also be in a complete new sector)
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Quick-thinking, highly responsive, and able to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Attributes:
- Knowledge of or connections in the UK manufacturing/food recruitment landscape
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
