We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer specializing in marketing visuals, email design, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for conversion-driven design, experience in crafting engaging email templates, and the ability to produce high-performing social media assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling email campaigns (promotional, newsletters, automated flows) optimized for conversions.
- Create social media graphics, banners, ads, and digital marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop animated visuals (GIFs/micro-animations) for emails and social media (basic After Effects or Canva knowledge is a plus).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs drive engagement and meet campaign goals.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.
- Adapt designs for A/B testing and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (for custom graphics and illustrations).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and understanding of email design limitations.
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused designs (emails, social media, ads).
- Knowledge of web design principles (responsive layouts, UX best practices).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and iterate based on performance data.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic motion graphics (for quick-turnaround content).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with landing page design (Figma, Webflow, or basic HTML/CSS understanding).
- Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates) and how design impacts them.
- Basic video editing skills (for social media snippets).
