Job Title: AI Video-Editor

Role overview
We’re a rapidly scaling DTC apparel brand seeking a creative technologist who can turn AI video tools into thumb-stopping ads and social assets. You’ll own concept-to-delivery, transforming product stories into short-form videos that move KPIs, all while iterating at start-up speed.
Key responsibilities
- Ideate, script, and produce 5-15 sec ad videos using Google Veo, Runway Gen-3, or similar generative models
- Build bespoke prompts, fine-tune style presets, and layer in traditional motion-graphics techniques (After Effects, Premiere) to polish outputs
- Collaborate with growth & creative teams to A/B test variants and optimize ROAS, CTR, and CAC
- Maintain consistent visual identity across channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, site PDP)
- Stay on the bleeding edge of AI video workflows, recommending new tools and efficiencies
Requirements
Must-haves
- 2+ yrs editing short-form/performance ads; portfolio of high-converting creative
- Hands-on experience with at least one frontier video model (Veo, Runway, Pika, etc.)
- Fluency in prompt engineering, color grading, basic sound design, and aspect-ratio adaptation
- Data-driven mindset—comfortable reading dashboards and iterating toward target metrics
- Startup or fast-growth DTC background; thrives under tight deadline
Bonus points
- Knowledge of apparel/lifestyle aesthetics
- Python or Node scripting for batch generation & automation
- Experience training custom LoRAs or fine-tuned model checkpoints
