Account Executive | Legal Tech | Kansas City (Remote)

Are you ready to join a high-growth SaaS innovator transforming the legal sector? We are seeking a driven Account Executive to help small to mid-sized corporate legal teams modernize how they work, providing them with tools that genuinely improve day-to-day legal operations.

  • Ownership of the full sales cycle: Manage inbound leads and develop outbound opportunities, guiding prospects from discovery through to close.
  • Meaningful conversations: You will engage directly with General Counsel, Heads of Legal, and key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how modern technology can transform in-house legal workflows.
  • Remote flexibility: Work from the Kansas City metro area while collaborating closely with a supportive North American and global sales team.
  • Impact and growth: Play a critical role in expanding a cutting-edge platform’s footprint across North America while building your own profile within legal tech.

What you will do:

  • Build, manage, and convert a healthy pipeline using HubSpot.
  • Run tailored discovery calls and product demos for legal professionals.
  • Foster and maintain C-level relationships within corporate legal departments.
  • Represent the company at legal tech events and webinars.
  • Accurately forecast and report sales performance to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing success.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with legal, compliance, or operational buyers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience selling to or working with in-house legal teams is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with legal operations or legal tech trends is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • A driven, organized, and collaborative mindset.
