In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to our key clients and your primary focus will be on building and nurturing client relationships, gaining a thorough understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics. You will act as a partner, developing forward-thinking, data-motivated analyses and consultative recommendations to quantify and seize growth opportunities by presenting tailored Google advertising solutions, and directly contributing to achieve clients goals and driving business growth. Your role also involves the meticulous day-to-day management of the accounts maintaining and upselling existing business, overseeing campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and responding to client requests all while collaborating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into campaign strategies.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data-motivated solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
