The role

As our Account Manager, Tour Operators, you'll be a key player in expanding Ferryhopper's reach within the tour operator market. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new partners, onboarding them successfully, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success in promoting and selling Ferryhopper products. This position is a fixed-term contract for six (6) months.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and identify potential tour operators as partners. 
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Conduct onboarding processes for new partners, providing training on Ferryhopper's platform.
  • Foster positive and collaborative relationships with partners, maintain regular communication, and address their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management in a hotel chain or tour operator.
  • A deep understanding of the travel industry and tour operator market, including key players, business models, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and secure favorable partnership agreements.
  • A results-oriented approach and a track record for achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and enthusiastic team member 
  • Full proficiency in English. Proficiency in Italian is highly valued.
