We have a role open for an Accountant supporting the Building Construction Products (BCP) division. In this role, you will be an essential partner to the business supporting the quarterly forecast and monthly analysis process as well as supporting the transition to OneStream.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with the business, through providing meaningful and timely insights & analysis, to understand results and drive improved financial performance
  • Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures providing guidance to others in the business
  • Drive standardization, simplification and efficiencies in finance processes

What You Have:

  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Finance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Organizational Governance: Knowledge of the processes, customs, policies, and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies.
  • Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
  • Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting or Finance related discipline
  • Progressive Accounting or Finance related experience
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent

Summary Pay Range:

$87,480.00 - $131,280.00
