As an Accountant for Resource Industries Sales, Services & Technology (RISST), you will be responsible for assisting with financial record keeping, reporting, legal entity support, deal analysis, decision support, and other accounting functions for the Cat Solutions and Services organization.

What You Will Do:

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Financial accounting and reporting for the organization, including monthly closing tasks, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Presenting insightful analysis and commentary on relevant financial data and metrics to a variety of business stakeholders across the company.
• Collaborating with commercial teams on in-depth customer deal reviews, including scenario planning, risk analysis and discounted cash flow reporting.
• Leading projects within the RISST organization focused on operational excellence and process improvements aligned to several key areas of strategic importance.

• Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree concentrated in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields
• 3+ years of job-related experience

Summary Pay Range:

$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
