This position primarily acts as fixed assets accountant on physical management as well as contact window with local Statutory Authorities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Fixed assets accountant to work with local operation team and GBS on below tasks

• Monthly closing on fixed asset related transactions including capitalization, disposal, master data change, transfer etc.

• Daily fixed assets physical management on tag and register

• Lead annual fixed assets physical count and result consolidation for report out

• Local statutory filing (SAFE, Statistical Bureau, Customs…)
• Control and compliance (SOX, IAAS...)
• Bank related support
• Facility cost management project support

Job requirements:
• 4-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• 1 to 2 years of job-related experience in accounting
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft office
• Digital data processing capability (Power BI, Power Query, Power APP...)
• Ability to demonstrate excellent Initiative, Communication, Customer Service and Teamwork skills
• Professional Certification (Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent) and project management experience is desired

Additional Information:

The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
