One Park Financial is seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for creating reports in Excel and Salesforce to provide insightful data analysis for various departments. The ideal candidate will have intermediate/ advance Excel skills.
You will work closely with department heads to understand their reporting needs and develop and maintain reporting templates to meet those needs.
Responsabilities:
Commission Report Preparation:
Collaborate with the sales team to gather commission data.
Calculate and generate accurate commission reports for sales representatives.
Expense Tracking:
Record and categorize company expenses.
Verify the accuracy of records vs budget and reconcile discrepancies.
Payment Processing:
Assist in preparing payments to vendors and employees.
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Support in Related Tasks:
Contribute to other activities related to the accounting department.
