Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and maintenance of unified communication systems including Microsoft Teams Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Avaya solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of IP telephony and domain expertise in Advent Geneva. The candidate will work from the office during day shifts ensuring seamless communication solutions for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of unified communication systems to enhance organizational communication efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of Microsoft Teams Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Avaya solutions to ensure seamless operation.
- Provide technical expertise in Cisco IP Telephony and Basic IP Telephony to support communication infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication systems with business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of communication systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to unified communication systems promptly.
- Develop and implement best practices for communication system management and maintenance.
- Conduct regular assessments of communication systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all communication system implementations.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of communication systems.
- Document system configurations and changes to maintain accurate records.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance communication capabilities.

Qualifications
