What: Exciting opportunities for anyone who would love to get into the Public sector. Has level 2-3 administration skill set. Starting on a 3-6 month contract with possible extension for the right candidates.

Multiple locations: East Perth, Joondalup, Nedlands, Perth CBD locations

Pay bracket: $40-50ph + Super (TEMP)


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Provision of administrative and business support.
  • Experience using a range of computer software, MS office suite.
  • Scanning documents
  • Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately and effectively.
  • Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.
  • Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
  • Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
  • Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
  • Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work organisation with the ability to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience working with customers from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, and vulnerable customers, in a sensitive and culturally appropriate way
  • Manage reception and telephone enquiries. Receive, redirect and screen telephone calls as required.


Essential Experience/skills:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills
  • Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Strong team player and ability to work independently
  • Previous Administration experience (we are open to any industry)
  • Great work ethic and be able to work well under pressure and unsupervised
  • Positive approach to the workplace
