Awell established Marine Services company in Banksmeadow, is seeking a skilled and detail oriented Accounts Administrator to join their collaborative team. Known for their high quality work and a reputation for successfully delivering over 100 projects annually, this company is committed to creating an inclusive and professional work environment where your contributions are highly valued.


Your Duties:
  • Manage the team's shared calendars and incoming emails to ensure smooth daily operations using Outlook and Teams.
  • Ensure all job progress records are accurately entered and maintained.
  • Process and prepare weekly staff payroll with precision using WorkflowMax and Xero.
  • Prepare detailed quotations for clients.
  • General office administration tasks.


About You:

  • You possess strong administrative and financial skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Xero accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
