Randstad has partnered exclusively with a Local Manufacturer based in Townsville to recruit an Administration Officer.

Your Duties:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with developing, maintaining and reviewing required safety procedures,
  • Manage & maintain WHS records & filing within WHS Business Management system
  • conduct WHS inductions for new employees/contractors.
    Includes collating and scanning of signed SWP, SWMS, Certificates of competency, equipment
    operation sign offs, & other procedure sign offs.
  • General administration duties

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
