Your Role and Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct personalized interviews to understand student aspirations and guide them accordingly.
- Deliver detailed presentations on our programs, financial aid options, and the admissions process.
- Assist students in completing applications and documentation necessary for enrollment.
- Manage the admissions process, ensuring a streamlined experience from inquiry to enrollment.
- Collaborate closely with Financial Aid advisors to inform students about available funding options.
- Participate in community outreach and recruitment events to share the benefits of joining Tricoci University.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local high schools and organizations to strengthen recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Proven background in customer service, sales, or recruitment, with a focus on meeting performance goals.
- Experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using technology and CRM systems for admissions processes.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and foster relationships.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
