Job Summary
- Proven experience in Workfront Core Development (minimum 3+ years).
- Configure Workfront platform to meet business requirements for Workfront or Workfront Fusion,
- Drive user adoption and providing work management transparency through accurate and effective reports and dashboards
- Understands business processes well enough to make Workfront system decisions regarding notifications, groups, teams, access levels, etc.
- Translate requirements into implementation plans, including configuration settings, project templates, workflows, reports and/or dashboards
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and updating the Workfront configuration and preferences, including setup, portfolio, program, and group management, reporting oversight, custom forms, automation, user management and license allocation.
- Develop innovative solutions to connect Workfront Fusion with other applications ( Adobe and Non-Adobe ) such as CRM, Finance Systems, DAM, Creative Cloud, Timesheets, Event Platforms, etc.
- Configure, test, implement, and document changes to the configuration of Workfront
- Fluency in Text Mode report creation in Workfront
- Experience working with SOAP & Rest APIs and how they interact with other upstream/downstream systems.
- Create, share, and update reports and dashboards as requested by leadership, partnering with business units on requirements
- Review and prepare for Workfront releases, implementing new functionality and communicating new features as needed
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with clients
- Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior
- Ability to construct and establish project management system standards and practices.
- Make updates and/or changes to the Workfront configuration post-implementation
- Regularly review intake processes and user feedback to ensure implementation is meeting expectations, making adjustments as needed to improve the user experience and metrics
