This 2024 financial practice of the year is looking for a motivated and driven Advisor Services and Operations Associate to join their award-winning financial services firm. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate with a genuine interest in finance to launch their career with a tight-knit and supportive team.
About the Role
This is an entry-level position that will train you from the ground up, with a strong focus on professional and personal growth. You'll be a key part of the team, providing essential operational support in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with various systems, including CRM and Mailchimp.
Creating PDFs for newsletters and other materials.
Assisting with client onboarding and offboarding processes.
Providing general operational support to the team.
What We're Looking For:
A recent graduate with a genuine interest in the finance industry.
A strong personality fit, someone who is approachable, collaborative, and easy to get along with.
Highly diligent, adaptable, and a fast learner.
Basic tech skills, including familiarity with Canva and ideally simple coding.
Details:
Location: In-office, 5 days a week in the city.
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
