AEM Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in AEM support system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on enhancing and maintaining AEM systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with our companys objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AEM solutions that meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM systems to resolve issues promptly.
• Optimize AEM frontend and backend components for improved user experience and system efficiency.
• Implement AEM authoring best practices to enhance content management processes.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Document technical specifications and system configurations for future reference and training purposes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of AEM with other enterprise systems to support business operations.
• Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of AEM functionalities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in AEM support system engineering frontend and backend development.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $71,000/Year to $81,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
