We are seeking a Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience specializing in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Provider and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel and focuses on leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000/Year to $160,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform solutions to optimize customer journeys.
- Oversee the integration of Adobe Journey Optimiser with existing systems to enhance user engagement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of solutions by conducting regular assessments and optimizations.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest trends in Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on Adobe tools and methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and address any technical challenges that arise during implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions within the Provider domain.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the overall architecture.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.
- Support the companys mission by delivering solutions that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
