We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Producer to join our GenAI team and lead AI adoption initiatives across the company.
Mirai is looking for a curious and ambitious AI Engineering Intern to join our Gen AI team in Riyadh and help shape the future of interactive entertainment. During this paid internship, you will work side-by-side with experienced engineers and researchers to prototype, test, and integrate AI models that enhance gameplay, automate production workflows, and enrich community experiences. You’ll gain practical experience in data preparation, model evaluation, and API integration within a modern cloud and containerized environment, all while following agile development practices. Mentorship, regular feedback, and peer learning sessions will empower you to sharpen your technical skills and contribute tangible value to live projects enjoyed by millions of players worldwide. Requirements
● Contribute to AI initiatives in Conversational Analytics, Conversational Knowledge Bases, and QA Automation
● Design and prototype AI systems that enhance game development, analytics, and player experience
Explore and experiment with cutting-edge technologies including:
o MCP (Model Context Protocol) creating structured systems to manage AI model context across use cases
o Autonomous Agents — developing AI-driven entities capable of decision-making and interaction
o AI Avatars / NPCs, 3D modelling and animation pipelines
● Present research, insights, and demos that shape the direction of AI at Mirai
QUALIFICATIONS
● Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JS, or similar
● You’re endlessly curious, proactive in learning, and not afraid to ask “why?”
● You take ownership, work independently, and break down complex problems with creative solutions
● You care about making a difference — whether that’s streamlining a workflow or creating tech that enhances game experience
