Amazon Connect Lead

Job Summary

As Amazon connect lead, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex to enhance customer interactions and streamline processes. You will be a valued member of the technology team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate Amazon technologies and improve healthcare claims processing.

In this role, you will:

· - Design and implement scalable solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.

· - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Amazon technologies with existing systems.

· - Analyze complex Medicare and Medicaid Claims data to identify patterns and develop strategies.

· - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

· - Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.

What you need to have to be considered

· - Strong background in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex with proven experience.

· - Expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims with deep understanding of the payer domain.

· - Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex data.

· - Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation and architectural diagrams.

· - Successful track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.

These will help you stand out

· - Commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

· - Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· - Experience in optimizing claims processing workflows.

· - Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

· - Knowledge of supercomputers in training LLMs.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
