About Us

At ZenART Supplies, we're looking for a data-driven, creatively strategic Amazon PPC Manager to drive profitable growth across our premium line of fine art products. As a brand built by artists for artists, we understand that art meets science not only on canvas but also in the strategic execution of our Amazon advertising. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-oriented environment, enjoys autonomy in crafting PPC strategy, and is passionate about aligning advertising performance with brand goals.
ZenART is a UK-based art supply brand co-founded by an artist and her husband, offering high-quality art products across North America and Europe. Our mission is to inspire people to grow both as artists and individuals while reshaping the creative industry.
We are rapidly growing and looking for talented, driven individuals to join our fully remote team. We value commitment, engagement, persistence, and personal growth. If these values resonate with you and you're looking for a role that rewards initiative, read on.

Why This Role Is Critical:

PPC is now the primary launchpad and growth engine for our Amazon success. The PPC Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling existing ASINs, successfully launching new products, and refining every advertising dollar spent to maximize ROI and brand visibility. With our highly engaged customer base, best-selling product lines, and a growing catalog, this role offers both creative challenge and analytical rigor.

Why Us?

  • Career Growth and Development: We prioritize your growth with comprehensive training, an excellent mentoring program, and career advancement. Pursue meaningful career advancement with potential to take on greater leadership and strategic responsibilities within the company.
  • Autonomy and Flexibility: Enjoy a fully remote role with no fixed hours. We trust our team to deliver results and focus on outcomes that matter.
  • Positive Company Culture: Join a vibrant and innovative, lean, and young team where creativity, collaboration, and mutual respect are at the core of our culture. Your ideas and contributions are highly valued.
  • Meaningful Impact: Make a difference by helping us inspire people and reshape the creative industry. Your work will directly contribute to our mission and help our customers create beautiful, inspiring environments.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead with continuous learning opportunities, access to online training and industry workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Performance-Based Rewards: Earn performance bonuses, with an initial fixed salary during your three-month onboarding period and growth potential based on results.
  • Company Stability: Join a stable company. We have been in business since 2016 and are expanding our young and small team and its reach across North America, Europe, and beyond.

This is an opportunity to join our talented and dedicated team. This newly-created position will be an integral part of our team, reporting directly to the Operations Director, as we embark on the next phase of our growth.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Co-develop a clear, goal-aligned Amazon PPC strategy for the entire product portfolio.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Video Ads campaigns.
  • Launch new products with precision PPC campaigns that rank within budget while sustaining profitability.
  • Provide weekly/monthly strategic input and feedback to Brand and Product teams.
  • Interpret KPIs such as TACoS, ACoS, CVR, CTR, and keyword ranking to make informed adjustments.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to enhance listing images, video content, and A+ content in support of ad performance.
  • Regularly update PPC SOPs, test new features and placements, and stay ahead of Amazon advertising trends.
  • Create and maintain a standardized naming convention and campaign structure for clarity and consistency.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to support efficient PPC campaigns, set advertising pace based on stock availability, and help prevent stockouts through collaborative planning.
  • Run A/B tests on key listing elements such as main images and videos to optimize conversion rates and improve PPC effectiveness; collaborate cross-functionally to execute and implement insights from testing. Additionally, ensure continuous SEO optimisation of listings based on key keywords to support organic and paid performance.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven expertise in Amazon PPC strategy, campaign structuring, bid optimization, and scaling.
  • Ability to analyze PPC and business data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Strong documentation skills to build internal playbooks and scalable systems.
  • A testing mindset: you’re always looking for what works and why.
  • Clear written and spoken English skills for reporting, meetings, and collaboration.
  • Experience using tools like DataDive, Sellerise, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Loom, and Amazon Ads Console.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset aligned with ZenART’s mission of empowering artists through premium and thoughtfully designed supplies.

Key Results You’ll Drive:

  • Hitting monthly and quarterly TACoS/ACoS and unit sales targets per SKU.
  • Efficient new product launches with minimal waste and high conversion.
  • Increased organic ranking and keyword graduation with reduced reliance on auto campaigns.
  • Improved ad efficiency and return through continual optimization and reporting.

Growth Opportunities:

  • This role is designed for high performers ready to take ownership and scale alongside the brand. Successful PPC execution leads to:
  • Leadership over additional brands in our portfolio.
  • Strategic involvement in new product development and market expansion.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
