Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis using data sets using tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, PowerBI, or other data analysis software) through full-time roles, internships, or relevant coursework.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As one of the masterminds behind our strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, you’ll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets. The data will not remain inert in your hands, however, since you’ll use your critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making with our most senior business leaders within the organization, and potentially some of our biggest clients.

In this role, you will help our customers to achieve superior results through outstanding and relevant business analysis, insights, and recommendations. You will work with global companies consulting on measurement solutions, business opportunities, and are growth mindset-driven. You will focus on Google’s advertising clients in GCAS, you will use data and analytics to transform the businesses of some of the largest companies in the world.

You will be a problem solver and rely on your deep understanding of client objectives, personal comfort with data, and strong entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of solving some of the most challenges facing our customers today, such as: measurement attribution across offline and online platforms, deep consumer insights, and identifying quantifiable strategies to drive sales using digital media.Global marketing done right is becoming more challenging due to fast-changing consumer expectations, changes in individual market landscapes, and the rate of technological change. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Advance measurement maturity with Google’s global customers (Toyota and Sony).
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust and challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with influential cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients.
  • Analyze internal and external data identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
  • Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, behavior insights, data integration, and measurement.
