We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team in Clifton Park, NY. Requirements
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and more.
- Provide excellent in-home customer service and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Complete repair documentation, collect payments, and keep accurate service records.
- Manage inventory and communicate parts needs with dispatch.
- Travel to customer locations throughout Clifton Park and nearby communities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of appliance repair experience required
- Knowledge of major appliance brands: Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, Samsung, Frigidaire, etc.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- EPA Type 1 or Universal Certification is a plus (but not required)
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and safely navigate customer homes
