Responsibilities

  •  Provide first and second-level support for software applications
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
  •  Monitor application performance and system alerts
  •  Document support procedures and issue resolutions
  •  Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
  •  Assist in application testing and deployment
  •  Train end-users on application functionality
  •  Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
  •  Maintain knowledge base and support documentation
  •  Participate in on-call support rotation

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  •  2+ years of experience in application support or IT helpdesk
  •  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  •  Experience with SQL and database management
  •  Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
  •  Ability to work independently and in a team
  •  Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus
  •  Understanding of software development lifecycle
  •  Customer-focused mindset
