Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Outbound Sales Experience Required)
Job Summary:
We’re hiring experienced Appointment Setters / Cold Callers to join a fast-paced outbound sales team. You’ll be responsible for making high-volume calls to prospective leads daily using an auto-dialing system. This role is ideal for individuals with prior cold-calling experience who can follow a script, manage conversations professionally, and consistently drive interest in our services.
This is a fully remote position.
Location: Metro Manila, Philippines
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM EST
Compensation:
- Base Salary: PHP 30,000/month
- With Performance Bonuses: Up to PHP 60,000/month
Duties:
- Make 600–700 outbound calls per day through PhoneBurner (auto-dialer)
- Engage prospects, follow a provided script, and set qualified appointments
- Maintain call activity logs and update lead status accordingly
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
- Participate in team meetings and continuous training sessions
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting
- Confident phone communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume calls with an auto-dialer
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Availability to work in a fully remote setting
- Access to a functional computer
- Possession of a reliable headset
- Access to a working camera
