Have you always wanted a career in federal government without too much experience? We are proud to currently be partnering with a large Federal Government client in helping them recruit for multiple APS2 PASSPORT PRODUCTION OFFICER, commencing in beginning of October
Your new position
As an APS2 PASSPORT PRODUCTION OFFICER, your duties include:
- Management and distribution of high volume of mail and correspondence.
- Perform high speed and accurate data entry, document preparation, scanning, personalisation, crop, document/photo exceptions re-work.
- Analyse paper based passport applications to online forms (as required) in Canberra or State and Territory Offices.
- Provide various administrative support in relation to and prior to the issue of Australian travel documents, with guidance as required.
- Assist in the travel document production workflow, i.e.: ensure data quality prior to the issue of Australian travel documents.
- Undertake Quality Assurance of travel document application forms prior to print of travel documents.
- Meet deadlines, required work outputs and performance expectations in line with APO Performance Frameworks
- Apply attention to detail, accuracy and produce high quality work in line with APO Quality thresholds.
Your Skills and Experience

- Ability to analyse numerical and written information
- Ability to do repetitive tasks on a daily basis
- Reliable and adaptable to respond to changes in workloads and priorities
