APS6 Qualitative data analyst

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Qualitative Data Analyst who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. About your new role

The position is for a qualitative data analyst, a casual, APS 6 equivalent role. This role involves supporting the qualitative analysis of public consultation input related to disability supports. The responsibilities include transcribing audio and video submissions, organising data and coding qualitative data to identify themes. The analyst will also work collaboratively to ensure data is analysed consistently and will synthesise findings from consultation feedback. The role requires supporting data visualisation and reporting by creating summary documents, charts and presentations that accurately reflect the findings

What you will need to exceed

• Demonstrated experience with qualitative research methodologies and proficiency in thematic analysis and qualitative data analysis software like NVivo or similar programs.

• A strong understanding of potential sources of bias in qualitative analysis and how to mitigate them is also essential.

• Experience analysing qualitative evidence in the health and/or disability research sectors is highly desirable. Finally, the role requires excellent analytical skills and high-level written communication to produce clear and accurate reports
