Randstad is working with an independent government agency to seek a highly organised and proactive APS6 Secretariat Coordinator for a 12 month temporary contract. This is a critical role that provides essential support to their key committee and governing board.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of their secretariat services, managing meeting logistics, financial arrangements, and administrative support for key ministerial and parliamentary processes. You'll work on everything from managing committee calendars and stakeholder relationships to improving their documentation systems and contributing to the development of their secretariat policies.

You're a strategic thinker with exceptional administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in a secretariat services role is highly desirable. Qualifications in Business Management, Office Management, or Public Administration are also a plus.
