Location: Mumbai (Field-intensive role - Ghatkopar and nearby areas)
Reporting to: Business Development Head, Growth & Marketing

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with GPs and external doctors to drive referrals
  • Conduct daily field visits and weekly engagement follow-ups
  • Ensure brand presence through local events, awareness drives, and CMEs
  • Track and report referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise the referral-to-surgery funnel

Performance targets:

  • Weekly and monthly referral count targets
  • Doctor visit frequency and relationship quality benchmarks
  • Referral-to-conversion rate tracking
  • Participation in local events and engagement campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Requirements

  • 2-7 years of experience in field sales or hospital marketing preferred
  • Background in pharma, diagnostics, or hospital referral roles is ideal
  • Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork; two-wheeler preferred
  • Goal-driven with strong reporting discipline
