装配操作工H2:操作气动、电动工具及其他设备进行装配工作。

背景/经历：中等职业技校或相等学历，1至2年以上工作经验，了解掌握基本气动及电动工具的知识，善于沟通交流。

Aspects of Job Environment:

*保护性装置，例如呼吸器及防护服等。

*噪音

Responsibilities:

*使用工具、设备、化学清洗机对零件进行清洗和去毛刺。

*使用图纸、检具、扭矩测量设备及其他设备确保产品符合规范要求。

* 使用Factory Process, LMS, MFGPRO, Excel等软件及系统，实现工作顺序、过程文件的制定及多种报告功能。

*根据规定的方法识别、隔离、处置不合格材料。

*对有清洁度要求的工序和岗位，执行清洁度审核。

*操作气动、电动工具及其他设备拆解或装配零件。

*使用手动和自动检具测量产品质量是否符合要求。

*根据需要完成随时可能被安排的其他职责和任务。

*遵循工厂制定的安全政策，安全工作流程及对安全隐患的评估。

*每周执行安全停止观察。

*根据CPS的流程安全、有效、持续地生产高质量的产品。

*记录CPS数据。

*遵循在卡特彼勒工厂流程系统中建立的、文件化的流程要求。

*遵循已建立的并文件化的ISO质量体系的规定，例如：ISO：9001等。

*积极参与和配合工厂的持续改进工作。
