As a valued member of the Randstad Aged Care team, you will provide essential support to RNs and ENs in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You can pick up shifts through our user-friendly app, directly assisting facilities with staffing needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and meals.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition or behavior.
• Assisting with basic observations (temp, pulse, etc.) as directed.
• Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Assisting with activities of daily living and encouraging participation.
• Adhering to facility policies, including infection control and safety.
• Working collaboratively with the nursing team.

To be successful, you will need:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in personal care, preferably aged care in Australia.
• Passion for caring and commitment to person-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Willingness to obtain current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
