In this role, you will assist in overseeing the design, development, and delivery of IT applications and systems for the Food & Beverage and Retail domains. This role contributes to ensuring alignment with business needs, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing user and guest experiences.

The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, and the Master System Integrator (MSI) to assist in translating requirements into effective designs, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring seamless integration and support for applications such as F&B POS, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), and their integrations with Entertainment Ticketing, Material Control, ERP, and Digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in designing and delivering IT applications for F&B and Retail, ensuring alignment with business requirements
  • Collaborate with the IT Business Relations team to gather requirements and contribute to solution identification and tender processes
  • Participate in workshops with business users, vendors, and MSI to support detailed application designs
  • Support process optimization efforts to improve efficiency and user experiences
  • Aid in overseeing the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and integration of solutions
  • Act as a secondary liaison between business users, vendors, and the MSI for F&B and Retail applications
  • Provide support on F&B and Retail systems, offering insights and guidance alongside the Manager during design and delivery phases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in IT application design, delivery, and support, preferably within the F&B and Retail sectors
  • Hands-on experience with F&B POS systems (e.g., Oracle Micros, Toast), Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), material control applications, and retail management software
  • Solid understanding of F&B and Retail business processes and systems
  • Experience supporting IT solution delivery in F&B and Retail environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with system integrations involving Entertainment Ticketing, ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Material Control, and Digital Platforms (e.g., mobile apps, web portals)
  • Good understanding of APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols
  • Experience working with Master System Integrators (MSI) and third-party vendors
