Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience in SFMC Interaction Studio Marketing Cloud and SFMC-Datorama. The ideal candidate will support IT business operations in a hybrid work model focusing on enhancing marketing strategies through technical expertise. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive impactful solutions without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement solutions using SFMC Interaction Studio to enhance marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Marketing Cloud solutions within existing IT infrastructure.
Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns using SFMC-Datorama to provide actionable insights and improve performance metrics.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFMC platforms to ensure smooth business operations.
Design and execute data-driven marketing initiatives that align with business goals and enhance customer experiences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SFMC features and best practices to continuously improve marketing solutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure data integrity and security within SFMC platforms to protect sensitive customer information.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns providing recommendations for improvement.
Support the IT business support team by addressing technical challenges and implementing efficient solutions.

Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SFMC Interaction Studio Marketing Cloud and SFMC-Datorama.
Demonstrate experience in IT business support providing technical solutions and support.
