Are you a licensed advisor who thrives on building meaningful client relationships—not chasing quotas? Do you enjoy financial planning, value working as part of a team, and want to make a lasting impact without the stress of building a firm from scratch? If so, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
At Strong Tower Associates, we help our clients—primarily retirees—navigate their financial lives with confidence, empathy, and clarity. We’re a small, collaborative team looking for an Associate Advisor who shares our values and is ready to take ownership of client relationships, support the lead advisor, and grow with the firm.
What You’ll Do
As our Associate Advisor, your primary responsibility will be managing relationships and financial planning for a broad group of loyal clients where your work will be critical to their experience and the overall success of the firm. You’ll also help support planning needs for all clients.
Your duties will include:
· Following up on transfers, signatures, and client paperwork
· Rebalancing portfolios and identifying tax-loss harvesting opportunities
· Managing and updating our CRM with clear notes and next steps
· Preparing for quarterly meetings and supporting the lead advisor with planning
· Re-engaging prospects and assisting with annuity reviews (if licensed)
· Participating in client events and educational workshops
· Doing annual reviews with clients
· Meeting with clients and fielding their questions
You’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful projects while working in a values-driven environment that prioritizes relationships over transactions.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
· Licensed with a Series 65 (required)
· Ideally has 3–5 years of experience in financial services
· Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, planning tools, and digital workflows
· A clear communicator, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in how they show up for clients
· Grounded on the service side of financial advising and thrives in a team environment
You don’t need to bring a book or build your own pipeline. We’re not interested in aggressive growth-for-growth’s-sake. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys serving clients and wants to grow within a firm that shares their values.

Why This Role Matters
This position is central to our firm’s mission. This isn’t just a stepping-stone job. It’s a long-term opportunity to build something meaningful, without going it alone.
Compensation and Benefits
· Competitive salary based on experience
· Bonus structure (to be finalized)
· $250/month health insurance stipend
· 24 days of PTO per year (2 days/month), plus all federal holidays
In-office role based in Lewisburg with some need to travel to State College to our satellite office.
Flexible market-based hours (roughly 8 AM – 4 PM), with some evening event participation
