Qiddiya Investment Company is on a mission to redefine entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a dynamic Associate Director with expertise in Commercial and Post Contracts to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will manage both commercial strategies and post-contract management processes, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed financial and operational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic development and execution of commercial plans for various projects, aligning with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of post-contract management, including compliance, performance monitoring, and relationship management with contractors and suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of project goals, maintaining a focus on both pre- and post-contract performance.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure effective management of change orders and variations in contracts, coordinating with relevant departments to document and address changes.
  • Lead negotiations of commercial contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement best practices for contract management and compliance, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and lead a team of commercial and contracts professionals, fostering professional development and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in commercial management and contract administration within the real estate, construction, or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles, contract law, and project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and manage complex contract relationships.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a commitment to team development and performance excellence.
  • Proficient in contract management software and project management tools.
