Responsibilities
- Partner with SRFER, Partnerships, PAs, Marketing, GAPP, and Comms to execute on a programmatic campaign strategy—clarifying target audiences, messaging frameworks, and creative direction across paid and lifecycle channels.
- Support Lead SRFER PgM and SAS Team Lead in executing on programmatic activities, from planning to launch to execution, ensuring alignment across cross-functional partners, implementing partners and vendors.
- Lead integrated campaign development that maps to the product needs and advocacy strategies and drives both awareness and positive KOF sentiment.
- Ensure audience targeting and creative outputs are consistent with the campaign objective and tailored by subject matter and domain. Own budget and PO tracking, and identify and improve workflows.
- Bring clarity and structure to campaign execution—setting timelines, roles, and processes that keep work on track and unblocked. Manage sprint processes, including weekly planning, deliverable tracking, and retrospectives.
