We are growing our teams and this is an opportunity for you to join our beautiful Barcelona office as an Associate Data/Product Analyst. You will be working together with other product analysts and data scientists embedded in our games team. You will have a key role in defining, extracting and actioning product data from big datasets. Thus, covering the full scope of data mining to reporting. In addition, you will also be responsible to show the impact of product data via dashboards and/or other means of visualisations to team members throughout the company.Why this role?This role is intended to strengthen the craft of analytics in Product Madness and to ensure product teams are making informed decisions based on actionable insights. Your key responsibilities will be:Working closely with various teams to implement tracking in games to gather player data and build reports that give further insight into player behaviour and product performance.Form new insights and perspectives that advise decisions and help us continue to delight the people playing our games.Produce reports and deliver insights that have an impact on the strategic direction of our games and the game roadmap.Work with game teams and DWH to produce end to end data pipelines that empower end users.Work closely with product and game teams to develop reports and monitoring of daily targets.Investigating issues in the Production environment, analysing and optimising existing product features and A/B tests.Apply creative thinking towards crafting, testing, verifying, and implementing solutions.What we're looking forPrevious experience in a product or data analyst roleStrong SQL and Excel skillsExperience of standard reporting tools such as Looker/QlikView/Tableau/Power BI etc.Working experience setting up and analyzing A/B-tests would be desirable Strong in mathematics and quantitative analysis Interested in gaming and the mobile game industry, any experience in these industries would be highly desirableProficient in EnglishExperience with Python and/or R would be ideal but not crucialPerks- Health insurance - CIGNA- Gympass gold plan- 25 vacation days + 1 day on your birthday- Flexible payment - daycare, transport, etc- Pension plan 1% base salary- Food at the office twice a weekSo, what’s stopping you?Our ValuesPeople FirstWe have the deepest respect for our people and their well being.
