We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading all-in-one market research cloud platform based in the United States.
In this fully remote role, you will support the Audience Acquisition and Research Excellence teams by managing the coordination and execution of online surveys, focus groups, and in-depth interviews. You will be responsible for project scheduling, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of research initiatives.
This position is permanently remote and operates during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coordination, implementation, and delivery of research projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Report directly to the Audience Acquisition Manager and collaborate with Senior Research Managers and the Director of Audience Acquisition to ensure timely project execution.
- Allocate resources across projects and monitor workflow through the organization’s delivery pipeline.
- Engage and manage relationships with external vendors, including bid management and fieldwork oversight.
- Coordinate with Customer Experience and Research Excellence teams to manage participant screening, scheduling, and post-session reporting.
- Track vendor fieldwork performance and deliver performance insights to the Director.
- Support financial processes by assisting in PO creation for ad-hoc projects and working with internal teams to achieve target margins.
- Conduct survey testing for quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure all project tasks are completed within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Validate and confirm all final deliverables from external vendors on managed projects.
Requirements
- Prior experience in project management, ideally within the market research industry.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and techniques such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Technical aptitude and experience with survey tools such as Alchemer or Qualtrics (preferred but not required).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience managing RFQ (Request for Quotation) communications with external vendors.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
