Role Definition
We are seeking an individual to join our Caterpillar Financial team in Canada as an Associate Sales Support Representative, providing administrative and in-house support to the sales team, contributing to relationship-building, and enhancing the experience for our customers and Cat Dealers.
Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver finance quotations to Cat Dealers, customers, and internal staff, including alternative scenarios when applicable.
Finalize pricing for transactions prior to funding, ensuring accuracy in pricing, merchandising programs, and quote amendments.
Serve as a subject matter expert on financial products and merchandising programs, supporting Cat Dealers and internal staff. May assist in developing and coordinating promotional programs.
Support the development, maintenance, and execution of Caterpillar-driven merchandising programs; may also assist in training efforts.
Analyze and maintain sales and statistical reports at local, area, and regional levels to identify growth opportunities and assess sales effectiveness. May prepare custom reports upon request.
