Requirements
Experience Needed:
- Design and build internal systems using Lovable (workflow builder) and Supabase (backend/database)
- Develop interfaces and dashboards to support operations, reporting, and task tracking
- Set up custom data models and logic for internal tools (e.g., CRM-like platforms, team hubs)
- Connect Supabase to Lovable and external APIs to store, retrieve, and manipulate data
- Structure flows that include database operations, messaging, and permission logic
- Handle authentication flows (Supabase Auth or external systems)
- Work closely with the Apps Manager to scope, prioritize, and implement scalable/integrable systems
- Maintain clear documentation for all logic, flows, and data structures built
Good to have:
- Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier)
- Familiarity with Supabase Edge Functions (TypeScript)
- Comfortable with GitHub, version control, and documenting updates
- Familiarity with tools like Cursor or VS Code for debugging or logic drafting
- Experience integrating with CRMs like HubSpot (We want to build tools that can be integrated into our main CRM - Hubspot.)
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Creative in finding workarounds for platform/system limitations
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of API requests, auth tokens, and HTTP headers
- Hands-on familiarity with Supabase as a backend (tables, auth, API usage)
- Ability to build and test logic using no-code/low-code platforms (Lovable)
- Strong planning and documentation skills
