  • Lead Testing Team on testing activities
  • Design and implement automated test strategies and frameworks.
  • Lead the automation of test cases covering various types of testing, ensuring thorough coverage and accuracy.
  • Continuously maintain, enhance, and optimize existing automated test suites to improve coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Stay updated on automation tools and technologies, evaluating their suitability for adoption and implementing new tools as necessary.
  • Monitor automated test executions, analyse results, and provide insights into software quality, performance, and reliabilit to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Uses data insights to refine automated test coverage and guides engineers in prioritizing testing for high-impact features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 7+ years in software quality control, software testing, or related roles, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading position.
  • Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and writing automated test scripts using Java, including experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • · Proficiency with testing frameworks and tools like TestNG, Appium, Rest-assured, and Selenium, with hands-on experience in script development using Java.
  • ·       Extensiv knowledge of agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes, including integration of automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • ·       Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TFS), APIs, web services, and HTTP protocols.
  • ·       Solid understanding of database concepts (SQL/NoSQL) and database testing.
  • ·       Familiarity with performance testing methodologies and tools.
  • ·       ISTQB certification is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an advanced level of detail orientation and ability to influence stakeholders.
