Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer – Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Azure Cloud Engineer to support the provisioning, automation, and management of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The engineer will work closely with architects and application teams to deploy and manage services such as Snowflake, Azure Data Lake (ADL), and other Azure-native applications. The role also includes implementing Private Link, cross-tenant connectivity, and ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure deployments.

Location: Poland, Warsaw, Hybrid.


Key Responsibilities:
• Infrastructure Provisioning & Automation:
• Develop and maintain reusable IaC templates using Terraform
• Automate deployment of Azure resources including VNets, storage accounts, private endpoints, and Snowflake integrations.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment and updates using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Cloud Operations & Support:
• Monitor and manage Azure resources for performance, availability, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support application teams with environment setup and configuration.
• Networking & Security:
• Configure Private Link, VNet peering, and cross-tenant connectivity to support secure data flows between client environments and Snowflake.
• Apply security best practices including RBAC, NSGs, firewalls, and managed identities.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
• Work closely with cloud architects, developers, and security teams to deliver infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Several years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with Azure networking, Private Link, and cross-tenant configurations.
• Familiarity with Snowflake on Azure and Azure Data Lake.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Azure CLI.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400).
• Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Grafana.
• Exposure to containerization (AKS, Docker) and serverless technologies.
