Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize patient data from multiple sources
- Track imaging studies and ensure all required information (demographics, modality, physician inputs) is complete.
- Ensure accurate documentation of study times, modality types, scan details, and referring physician data.
- Monitor and manage the transfer of DICOM images, reports, and patient records between imaging centers, hospitals, and teleradiology platforms.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and local data protection regulations.
- Maintain audit trails for all data collected and transferred.
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate data accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in science (preferably with Biology specialization).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years; prior experience as a Medical Editor or Medical Transcriptionist is a bonus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools and data entry systems.
- Sense of responsibility, strict adherence to timelines and ability to work independently with accuracy.
