Responsibilities

  • Pack customer purchases efficiently and securely at the checkout counter.
  • Assist cashiers with scanning items and processing transactions as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and offering assistance with their bags.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.
  • Assist in returning misplaced items back to their respective locations in the store.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols while handling products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift and carry bags of groceries and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
