Your Role

As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will be an essential part of our commitment to freshness. Starting each day in an empty bakery, you will work with your team to create delicious artisan bread and baked goods that our community loves. We are looking for enthusiastic team players who are eager to learn and share their passion for baking.

What You’ll Do

• Follow carefully crafted recipes to produce high-quality baked goods.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery.
• Read production schedules, measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and operate baking equipment.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring fresh products are available daily.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team:

• A strong work ethic and a passion for baking.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching.
• Constant use of both hands, with occasional gripping.
• Ability to start work early, as shifts start at 3 am.
