Your Impact:
Support critical operations: Help plan and schedule essential works using relevant information technology systems, ensuring the team has the materials and equipment they need.
Be a customer champion: Respond to service requests, address customer inquiries, and proactively resolve issues with a focus on delivering outstanding results.
Manage key processes: Prepare and track quote packages, create and maintain work orders, and support timely invoice and billing processes.
Keep things moving: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring all work processes are efficient and meet high standards.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in a similar support role: You'll need prior experience managing and dealing with contractors, ensuring projects stay on track.
SAP experience: You'll be confident navigating and utilizing a variety of information technology systems to manage and track work.
